1. First open facebook app.
2. Click on three lines present at upper right corner of the app.
3. Select the page of which images you want to add alt text to.
4. Now go to posts section and click the image you want to edit alt text for.
5. In the upper right corner, click three dots.
6. Now select edit alt text at the last option.
7. Now add the alt text add and save it.
