NASA Reveals that The asteroid 2023 RU will come close to earth today

The space agency has revealed that the asteroid will make a close approach to the planet Earth.

With the help of artificial satellite and ground based telescopes, NASA has revealed that the asteroid will male the closest approach with the Earth at the distance of 4 million kilometers from earth.

After studying the asteroid, the speed of the asteroid is 72951 km per hrs.

Speed of the Asteroid is more than NASA’s voyager 1 probe which was launched in 1977 to study the solar system and interstellar space.

These asteroids belong to the Apollo group of near earth Asteroids, which were named after the humongous 1862 Apollo Asteroid.

The size of the asteroid is estimated about 65 feet and 130 feet wide and it is not expected to pose any threat to the Earth.
